Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma. Trade school or equivalent.
  • Must complete a minimum of (30) hours of continuing education annually.
  • Must have a minimum Type I and II C.F.C. certification.
  • Must be registered with the State of Texas Licensing and Regulations.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to work with step ladders and extension ladders. Not afraid of heights.
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds above the waist.
  • Must be willing to work in extreme temperatures.

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for acting in the best interest of the company and self in the scheduling of service and ensuring long lasting customer relations.

This position is for home services.

Essential Functions

  • Answer phone calls.
  • Set up service calls in Service Titan.
  • Make outbound phone calls to perspective Membership customers.
  • Assist Service Department with day to day responsibilities.
  • Process credit card payments as needed.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Promote effective communication throughout all levels of the Customer Services function.
  • Follow up with the owners and service managers for progressively updating the position to better fit the company’s needs.
  • Assist in any other tasks that are requested by supervisor based on business needs.
